Whistleblowing

Soavegel considers respect for the ethical principles it has adopted, to which it adheres in its conduct, to be fundamental.

For this reason, to enable the identification of possible risks and prevent possible harm to the company, its employees, collaborators and partners, and in compliance with the provisions of Leg. n. 24/2023, which transposed Directive (EU) no. 1937 of 2019 on the subject of "Whistleblowing," the Company makes available in this section a special channel for reporting, even anonymously, any illegitimate conduct that could be detrimental to the company or the public interest, while always guaranteeing, at the same time, the protection of the confidentiality of both the reporting persons and their possible facilitators, as well as the persons involved, and the content of the reports, and without prejudice to the possibility guaranteed to the reporter to request a direct meeting with the Report Manager, a role that the Company has entrusted to its Supervisory Board.

The Company offers the opportunity to make a report in written form, using the form provided on this page, or in oral form, through a meeting with the Report Manager, which the reporter can request at the email address organismodivigilanza@soavegel.it. The two modes of reporting, which can be operated alternatively at the discretion of the whistleblower, are afforded the same protections and governed by the Whistleblowing Procedure.

Finally, please note that this channel is not available for business complaints or disputes or inquiries of a personal nature or pertaining to individual employment relationships.
