50 ml white rum
20 ml fresh lime juice
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or sugar syrup)
100 g fresh blueberries (plus a few blueberries to decorate)

Baking panzerottini:
Follow the instructions on the package to bake panzerottini, usually in the oven or fryer, until golden and crispy.
Preparation of Blueberry Mojito:
In a glass, gently mash the mint leaves with the brown sugar and lime juice to release the flavors. Add fresh blueberries and crush them lightly to release their juice.
