That of Soavegel is a story that has been going on since 1935, thanks to the efforts of Domenico Bianco, who began his own business as a “pasta maker,” opening the first factory in Francavilla Fontana (BR). In the following years and up to 1970, thanks to the high quality standard and thorough selection of raw materials, increased demand was supported with the factories in Rome and Taranto.
It was in 1975 that his son, Leonardo, decided to begin a major and difficult business conversion, promoting relentless research and focus on frozen gourmet products.
