The Felix Industry Award was given on management performance and financial reliability. It was collected by the fifth generation of the Bianco family.

It is an award that looks to the future, the one awarded to us in Rome at the LUISS headquarters. Receiving the Industria Felix Award was the fifth generation of the Bianco family, owners of the company, which again distinguished itself in this edition of the Award for its management performance and financial reliability in the agribusiness sector. Visibly emotional, cousins Leonardo Bianco (21), Francesca Bianco (20) and Leonardo Bianco (15) collected the Award on behalf of the company and the family.

“It is a recognition of which we are proud and which makes us aware of the commitment to which we are called to increase and enhance the achievements of the generations that have preceded us to whom we owe our gratitude,” – said Francesca Bianco, upon receiving the Award – “We look to the future with the awareness that we must preserve and pass on values such as love for one’s work and attachment to one’s roots, which have made our Puglia great and which have always been an important reference for our families to build an increasingly prosperous future.”

“To see the work of our family and all the people who spend themselves every day recognized, to ensure quality production, was a very strong emotion,” is how young Leonardo Bianco, 15, commented on his experience this afternoon.

Also excited was his older cousin, 20-year-old Leonardo Bianco, who spoke of “an important day in which the value of a team, the Soavegel team, that still has a lot of potential to express is recognized.”

With a turnover of 40 million euros and 120 employees, and with a forecast turnover for 2022 of almost 50 million euros, the Company represents a landmark in the Apulian business landscape.
