  • Aperipasta cacio e pepe Soavegel

  • 200 g of Greek yogurt

  • Juice and zest of 1 lime

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  1. Cooking Aperipasta

    Follow the instructions on the package; you can choose cooking with an air fryer or baking. If you choose a frying pan, cook until golden brown, and make sure they are hot.

  2. Prepare the lime-yogurt sauce:

    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lime juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until a smooth, cool sauce is obtained.

    Arrange the cacio e pepe aperipasta in small bowls or shot glasses for an aperitif effect. Serve the lime-yogurt sauce on the side in a small bowl for dipping or add a teaspoon of sauce on top of each serving for a fresh, citrusy touch.
