100 g shelled walnuts
3-4 tablespoons of honey (preferably mixed-flower or chestnut)
30 g of butter
Preparation
Preparation of ingredients:
If you use fresh figs, wash them gently and cut them into wedges. If you use dried figs, cut them into pieces. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Cooking fried gnocchi:
Cook fried gnocchi according to the instructions on the package (usually in the oven or fryer) until golden and crispy.
Preparation of seasoning:
In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the figs and walnuts, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the figs soften slightly.
Union of fried dumplings:
Add the fried gnocchi cooked in the pan with the figs and walnuts. Mix gently to blend the ingredients. Add the honey and mix well until the dumplings are well coated and the honey has caramelized slightly. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Distribute the fried gnocchi on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
