Ingredients

  • Pesto Aperipasta Soavegel

  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes

  • 200 g of mozzarellas (small bites type)

  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (for seasoning)

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Wooden toothpicks or skewers

Preparation

  1. Cooking the aperipasta:

Cook the aperipasta according to the instructions on the package (in the oven or fryer) until golden and crispy.

  2. Preparation of ingredients:

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. If the mozzarellas are pickled, drain and dry them lightly.

  3. Assembling the skewers:

Start threading the ingredients onto toothpicks or wooden skewers: alternate one mozzarella and one cherry tomato half. Continue threading the ingredients until the skewer is full, leaving some space at the ends to make it easier to grip.

  1. Seasoning:

Once the skewers are assembled, season them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

  2. Service:

Arrange the skewers on a serving plate and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve them fresh along with hot aperipasta as an appetizer or aperitif.
