The Soave brand was founded in 1935 by Domenico Bianco
in Francavilla Fontana (BR). In the 1970s, also with the
entry of Leonardo Bianco into the company, the attention,
of both the company and the general public,
toward the frozen food sector increased.
Continuous investments in production facilities and research
allow constant growth in the quality and range
of specialties offered, raising the level of professionalism but
maintaining the appearance of familiarity: today, in fact, the whole family

managing to combine the high automation
of production facilities with a long experience
of direct management that has allowed the Soavegel brand
to establish itself both nationally and internationally.
The establishments
On a total area of 40,000 square meters equipped
with the most modern and innovative technological facilities,
we have been producing and freezing specialty
High Gastronomy products for more than 80 years, with a storage capacity of
10,000 euro pallets and a production capacity of
65,000 kg per day.
Our R&D departments have dedicated
themselves to the conception and realization of an automatic
Soavegel negative-temperature warehouse, which can
accommodate goods, read pallet labels
through software and then automatically allocate them
and prepare goods in complete autonomy.
In order to perfect the production process, we have
also automated the end-of-line packaging,
starting from the observation of the old manual method.
This system allows us to optimize the amount
of product on the loading unit, constantly monitor
the product through belts,
suction cups and robots, and finally record and report
any anomalies, thus having full control
of Soavegel packaging.
The two plants, in addition to speed and efficiency, ensure
full traceability of the product both in terms of quality
and correctness of packaging and timing,
while respecting the cold chain.
