Padella 14 min

Smoked, breaded and pre-fried string cheese morsels. Frozen.

Smoked scamorza cheese 60% (milk curd (milk, salt, cultures, rennet), milk, salt, acidity corrector: ciric acid; rennet), wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, salt, yeast, paprika powder, turmeric powder.

With the oil temperature at 180 °C, pour the Scamorzines into the boiling oil a few at a time so that the oil does not cool and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the Scamorzines in paper towels and let them rest covered for another 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Place the still-frozen Scamorzas on a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the Scamorzines in a preheated oven at 220°C (350°F) and bake for about 8 minutes.

Remove the Scamorzas from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking; place the Scamorzas in a pan with nonstick bottom and cook for about 14 minutes, turning occasionally.
