Breaded and pre-fried anchovy fillets. Frozen.
Anchovies* (Engraulis encrasicolus) 50%, wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, salt, iodized salt 0.1% (salt, potassium iodate), brewer’s yeast, paprika, turmeric.

Bake the breaded anchovies in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Place the breaded anchovies in a pan with nonstick bottom and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, turning them occasionally.
Place the still-frozen breaded anchovies in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
