Gastronomic cheese and potato preparation, frozen

Ricotta (whey, milk, salt), cheese 26% (Emmental cheese 13%, Gorgonzola cheese PDO 5%, Grana Padano cheese PDO 5% (contains lysozyme from eggs), hard cheese 3%), potato 21%, béchamel (modified corn starch, whey powder, butter, salt), water, eggs, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, rosemary, garlic, iodized salt 0.3% (salt, potassium iodate), black pepper.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Place the frozen product on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at half height for 15 to 17 minutes. The product is ready to serve when it reaches the desired degree of browning.
