Polenta (cornmeal-based preparation), with cheese, pre-fried and frozen
Water, cornmeal 25%, sunflower oil, Taleggio DOP cheese 6%, mozzarella (milk, salt, rennet, cultures, citric acid), Grana Padano cheese 2% (contains eggs), hard cheese, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate).
With the oil temperature at 180 °C, pour the polenta cubes into the boiling oil a few at a time so that the oil does not cool and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the polenta cubes in paper towels and let them rest covered for another 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
Place the still-frozen polenta cubes on a baking sheet with baking paper. Place in preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 6 to 7 minutes.
Pour the polenta cubes into a large skillet with oil. Cook over high heat for about 3-4 minutes or until a crispy crust has formed around the cubes.
Place the still-frozen polentine cubes in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.
