Fried dumpling

Typical of the Emilian tradition, gnocco fritto originated as a lunch for farmers busy working in the fields. To this day, it has made its way into the homes and hearts of all Italians. Perfect to share with those you love or to enjoy all by yourself. The perfect appetizer is served!

Forno 5 min

Padella 6 min

Leavened dough. Prefried. Frozen.

Wheat flour, water, sunflower seed oil, iodized salt 1.8% (salt, potassium iodate), malted wheat flour, natural lard, emulsifier:E471, brewer’s yeast.

Directly from frozen (but also from thawed) cook the fried Gnocchi in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 4-5 minutes.

Place the fried Gnocchi in a pan with a nonstick bottom and cook for about 6 minutes (4 minutes if thawed), turning occasionally.

Place the fried Gnocchi still frozen in the basket and cook at 200°C for 4 minutes.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
