Gastronomic preparation of mozzarella cheese stuffed, breaded and frozen.

Mozzarella 36% (milk, salt, rennet, cultures, acidity regulator: citric acid), wheat flour, cheese: Cheddar 13% and Emmentaler 9%, water, modified potato starch, iodized salt, salt, yeast, paprika, turmeric, sugar.

Put a little oil, butter, or margarine on top of the Gran Mozzarella, still frozen, arranging them in a previously greased baking dish or pan. Bake in the preheated oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally. Heat a little oil, or butter, or margarine in a pan and place the Gran Mozzarella, still frozen, to cook for about 5/6 minutes, turning them gently.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
