Gastronomic preparation of tomato rice stuffed with mozzarella cheese, breaded and frozen.
Tomato rice 71% (water, rice 31%, tomato semiconcentrate 21%, Grana Padano cheese (contains eggs), whey powder, iodized salt, cheese, parsley, onion), mozzarella cheese 10% (milk, salt, rennet, cultures, acidity corrector: citric acid), wheat flour, water, salt, iodized salt, brewer’s yeast, spices, spice extracts, sugar.
Put a little oil, or butter, or margarine over the Gran Supplì, still frozen, arranging them in a previously greased baking dish or pan. Bake in the preheated oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan (with a small bottom and high sides). Place the Gran Supplì, still frozen, to cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning them gently. Place the Gran Supplì in paper towels and let them rest for another 2 minutes before serving.
