Sausage wrapped in yeast dough (55%). Prefried. Frozen
Sausage 45% (pork, mechanically separated chicken meat, water, potato starch, thickeners: E412, E407; potato fiber, salt, spices, stabilizer: E450; antioxidant: E301; flavor, preservative: E250); wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, potato flake (potatoes, emulsifier: E471; antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite; turmeric, natural paprika extract), iodized salt 0.8% (salt, potassium iodate), malted wheat flour, emulsifier: E471; brewer’s yeast.
With the oil temperature at 180°C , pour in a few mini hotdogs at a time so that the oil does not cool and cook for 3 minutes.
Place the still-frozen mini hotdogs in the middle part of a well-heated oven (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Thaw the mini hotdogs for 10 min at room temp.Arrange the mini hotdogs in a pan with nonstick bottom and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes, turning them occasionally
Place the still-frozen mini hot dogs in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.
