Breaded Mozzarella Bites. Prefried. Frozen
Mozzarella 42% (milk, salt, rennet, acidity corrector: citric acid), breadcrumb mix (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, paprika powder, turmeric powder), sunflower oil, batter mix (wheat flour, salt), rice flour, iodized salt 0.1% (salt, potassium iodate).
Place the still-frozen Mozzarelline on a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the Mozzarellines in a preheated oven at 220°C (350°F) and bake for about 8 minutes.
Remove the Mozzarellas from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking; place the Mozzarellas in a pan with a nonstick bottom and cook for about 14 minutes, turning them occasionally.
Place the still-frozen Mozzarelline in the basket and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
