Large pitted green olives, stuffed with a rich mix of meat, mortadella and cheese, and prepared according to the traditional recipe. Great appetizer, but also a tasty main course. Go ahead and try one!

Pitted olives with meat and mortadella filling. Frozen.
Pitted green olives 40% (olives, water, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid, lactic acid), water, breadcrumb mix (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, paprika powder, turmeric powder), baked meat 7% (beef, pork, carrots, onions, salt, flavorings, preservative: E250), sunflower seed oil, batter mix (wheat flour, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt), mortadella 3% (pork, salt, flavorings, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250), wheat flour, cheese (milk, salt, rennet, cultures), Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from eggs), flavor, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate).
Place the still-frozen Olives on a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the Olives in a preheated oven at 220°C (350°F) and bake for about 10 minutes.
Remove the Olives from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking; place the Olives in a pan with a nonstick bottom and cook for about 14 minutes, turning occasionally.
Place the still-frozen Olives in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
