Gastronomic confectionery preparation made of leavened dough (77%) with hazelnut cream filling (23%). Prefried. Frozen.
LYE Dough 77%: common wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, potato flake (potato, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; antioxidant: sodium METABISOLPHITE; turmeric, paprika extract), MILK powder, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), lard, malted wheat flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; brewer’s yeast. FILLING 23%: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, SOY, canola, palm), HAZELNUTS (8%), low-fat cocoa powder (6%), lactose, corn starch, emulsifier: E322 SOY lecithin; flavor.
Thaw the Panzerottini for 10 min at room temp. Bake the Panzerottini in preheated oven (200°C) for about 8 min.
Remove the Panzerottini from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking; place the Panzerottini in a pan with nonstick bottom and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally
Place the still-frozen Panzerottini in the basket and bake at 185°C for 6 minutes.
