Gastronomic preparation made of leavened dough (70%) with ‘nduja and tomato filling and scamorza cheese (30%). Prefried. Frozen.
TENDER WHEAT flour, water, tomato pulp 17%, smoked scamorza cheese 9.5% (MILK, salt, rennet, smoke flavoring), sunflower oil, potato flakes (potato, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; antioxidant: SODIUM METABISOLPHITE; turmeric, paprika extract), iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), modified potato starch, brewer’s yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salami ‘Nduja 1% (pork fat, pork meat, red chili 30%, salt), lard, malted wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, basil, black pepper.
Thaw the Panzerottini for 10 min at room temp. Bake the Panzerottini in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 8 min/Take the Panzerottini out of the freezer 10 min before baking; place the Panzerottini in a pan with a nonstick bottom and bake for about 10/12 min, turning occasionally/Place the Panzerottini still frozen in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 min.
