Puff pastry pizzas with tomato and mozzarella filling.
Puff pastry : soft WHEAT flour type 0, vegetable margarine (palm fat, sunflower oils, water, salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; concentrated lemon juice, natural flavors), water, salt, barley malt extract, skimmed MILK powder, sugar.
Filling 28%: Italian tomato semi-concentrate (18% on finished product), mozzarella (4% on finished product) (MILK, salt, rennet, acidity corrector: citric acid), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, whey cream, salt), water, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, corn starch and vegetable fiber (bamboo and psyllium), onion powder, spices, herbs, vegetable protein extract (corn, sunflower), garlic powder, corn starch.
Place the still-frozen pizzas in the middle part of a well-heated oven (210°C) and bake them for about 15 minutes.
