Gastronomic preparation of frozen potatoes, mozzarella cheese and ham.
Rehydrated potato flake 69% (water, potato, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite, turmeric, natural paprika extract), mozzarella 8% (milk, salt, microbial rennet, ferments), cooked ham 5% (pork, water, salt, dextrose, antioxidants: E301; spice extracts, preservative: E250; smoke flavor), wheat flour, eggs, sunflower seed oil, whey powder, Grana Padano cheese (contains milk, lysozyme from eggs), extra virgin olive oil 1.3%, iodized salt 0.8% (salt, potassium iodate), modified potato starch, cheese (milk, salt, microbial rennet, ferments), salt, yeast, paprika powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, nutmeg. May contain traces of soy, mustard.
Allow the product to thaw for about 10 minutes then place the potato cake with its tray in the middle part of the preheated oven (250°C) and bake for about 25 minutes, until desired browning.

Once thawed, the product does not need to be refrozen and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24h.
