Gastronomic preparation made of puff pastry stuffed with béchamel sauce (24%), tomato and mozzarella cheese. Frozen.

Puff pastry 64%: Wheat flour, margarine (fats (palm), vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidity correctors: citric acid, sodium citrates; flavorings), water, lard, iodized salt 0.5% (salt, potassium iodate), eggs, malted wheat flour.
Filling 36%: water, tomato pulp 30% (10.8% in the finished product), mozzarella cheese 5.9% (2.1% in the finished product) (milk, salt, microbial rennet, milk enzymes, acidity corrector:citric acid), modified corn starch, whey, modified potato starch, butter powder (butter, glucose syrup, milk protein, maltodextrin, stabilizer: E450i; emulsifier: E470; anti-caking agent: E551; natural flavors), iodized salt 0.6% (salt, potassium iodate), extra virgin olive oil 0.4%, salt, spices, flavors.

Arrange the rustici salentini on a baking sheet; if desired, you can brush with beaten egg 10 minutes before baking; place in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 15 minutes.
