Assortment (in varying proportions) of puff pastry savouries with fillings. Frozen. /
Stuffed: Olives; Peppers; Spinach; Boiled Ham; Sausage; Salmon and Shrimp.

Puff pastry: WHEAT flour, margarine (palm fat and sunflower oils, water, salt, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings), water, salt, barley malt extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; skimmed milk powder, sugar.

Assorted stuffing (in varying proportions):
Ham stuffing: smoked ham 12% (on finished product) (pork leg meat, salt, sucrose, dextrose, spices, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, rosemary extracts; preservative: sodium nitrite), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, cream of MILK whey, salt), cheese (MILK, salt, milk enzymes, rennet), EGGS, water, sunflower oil, salt, black pepper.
Bell bell pepper filling: trifoliated peppers 17% (on finished product) (red and yellow peppers, sunflower seed oil, salt, herbs, acidity corrector: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid), ricotta cheese (whey, whey cream, salt), water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), EGGS, salt.
Spinach filling: spinach 14% (on finished product), ricotta 9% (on finished product) (MILK whey, cream of MILK whey, salt), cheese (MILK, salt, milk enzymes, rennet), EGGS, water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), extra virgin olive oil, salt, nutmeg.
Olive filling: ricotta (whey, cream of MILK whey, salt), black olive pate 11% (on finished product) (black olives, salt, acidity corrector: lactic acid), EGGS, water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Smoked salmon filling: ricotta cheese (whey, whey cream, salt), smoked salmon 12% (on finished product) (SALMON, salt), EGGS, water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, black pepper.
Tuna filling: tuna 18% (on finished product) (TUNA, sunflower seed oil, salt), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, cream of MILK whey, salt), EGGS, water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, black pepper.
Sausage filling : sausage 42% (on finished product) (pork, pork fat, water, potato starch, salt, potato vegetable fiber, sugar, spices (pepper and parsnip), antioxidant: rosemary extract, spice extracts, natural smoke from beech wood).

Place the still-frozen savouries in the middle part of a well-heated oven (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
For a shinier pastry, brush the product with beaten egg yolk before baking.
