LYEED PASTA 70%: wheat flour, water, potato flake (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite, turmeric, natural paprika extract), sunflower seed oil, iodized salt 1.5% (salt, potassium iodate), brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour, emulsifier:E471.FILLING 30%: tomato semiconcentrate 36% (10.5% in finished product), mozzarella 29% (8.5% in finished product) (milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes, acidity corrector: citric acid), water, modified potato starch, iodized salt 1.3% (salt, potassium iodate), extra virgin olive oil 0.7%, oregano, black pepper.
With the oil temperature at 180°C , pour in a few Panzerottini at a time so that the oil does not cool and cook for 3 minutes. Place the Panzerottini in paper towels and let them rest for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
Thaw the Panzerottini for 10 min at room temp. Bake the Panzerottini in preheated oven (200°C) for about 6-7 min.
Remove the Panzerottini from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking; place the Panzerottini in a pan with nonstick bottom and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally
Place the still-frozen Panzerottini in the basket and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.
