Aperipasta Cacio & Pepe with Lime & Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
Aperipasta cacio e pepe Soavegel
200 g of Greek yogurt
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Cooking Aperipasta
Follow the instructions on the package; you can choose to bake with an air fryer or in the oven. If you choose frying pan, cook until golden brown, and make sure they are hot.
Prepare the lime-yogurt sauce:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lime juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until you have a smooth, cool sauce.
Service:
