3 heads of radicchio
1 white onion
2 sprigs of fresh marjoram

Preparation
Preparing Radicchio:
Preheat oven to 190°C. Arrange the Cheese Soufflé on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at half height for 15 to 17 minutes. It is ready to serve when it reaches the desired degree of browning.Cooking onion:
Remove the central core and any damaged outer leaves from each head of radicchio.
Cut the radicchio into strips.In a skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil.Cooking radicchio:
Chop the white onion. Combine chopped onion with oil and sauté a few minutes.
Add radicchio to pan and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
