Savory onion turnovers Al Volo (Panzerottino salentino) is a fluffy yeast dough with a rich filling of white onion. The sweet and delicate flavour, is exalted by salted capers and black olives. Prepared according to the Apulian tradition, the Panzerottini Soavegel are irresistible snacks to satisfy every palate!

INGREDIENTS
DOUGH: wheat flour, water, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes flakes; emulsifier: E471; antioxidants: sodium metabisulphite, E304; stabiliser: E450i; flavourings), vegetable margarine without hydrogenated fats (vegetable fats (palm) and vegetable oils (rape, sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates; flavourings), sunflower seed oil, iodised salt 1,3%, yeast, extra virgin olive oil 0,4%.
FILLING 30%: onion 65%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, semi-concentrated tomato, water, cheese Grana Padano (contains milk eggs), salted capers 2,7%, black olives 2,5%, modified potato starch cheese. The product may contain traces of soy.
