The Soavegel Pasticciotto, made with crumbly shortcrust pastry and a rich filling of custard, is prepared according to the traditional Salento recipe.
It can be eaten for breakfast, as a dessert after a meal or as a snack.

INGREDIENTS: soft wheat our type “00”, sugar, natural lard, butter, eggs, leavening agent (ammonium bicarbonate), vanillin, milk powder, corn starch, rice starch, salt, natural _avors (lemon). The product may contain traces of soy and nuts.
